Basic breast stroke with correct arm motion, frog kick and breathing. Working towards correct rhythm

Level 4

Endurance freestyle and backstroke swimming

Freestyle swimming with proper form and strong kicks

Be able to easily swim multiple lengths of the pool using freestyle and backstroke with proper breathing and head positioning

Working on swimming length of pool underwater without coming up for a breath

Proper breast stroke swimming with correct rhythm for arms, legs and breathing

Ability to swim all three strokes correctly for 2 lengths of the pool, each, one after another

Treading water in the deep end of the pool for 5 minutes
